What is going on? Whenever I try to 'Like' something, the app keeps asking me to log in repeatedly. Please fix this issue. Once I have successfully logged in using the OTP, why does the app keep demanding the OTP and login credentials again and again? Apart from this, the design is absolutely beautiful and attractive; the only problem is this recurring issue with the OTP and login process.

In past 4 years the price of bluestone products have shot up 3 times. Increasing gold rate is fine but increasing making charge to more than 1/4 of product value is too much. On top of this as there are no standard price for diamond. Just before sale they would increase diamond price and give discount on that increased price. Even Tanisha does not do like this.making charge is 50-60 on most products above 1 lakh.I mean who buys at those atrocious making charges. Really pathetic money making tactics.

Worst thing that have ever happened to me, I gave my old gold to buy new one they said it can't be so converted to cash hence made it as a credit in my account I bought one earing they said the balance amount will be in credit whenever I buy anything in future I can use it. I believed them I asked about the expiry they said It's your money it will not expire yesterday when I inquirer about this they said my 5k has been expired it's not an easy money shamefully they said its expired no one called

I bought a gold necklace from bluestone in jully 2024 it got break in 08-2025 I visited the shop they told they need to send it jaipur for repair. And courier charges and their work charges need to pay. Need to wait at least 1 month for repair. They suggest if u have any query and feedback contact customer care. Now I contact them on 12/12/25 there executive was horrible she just answers it's our company policy. Should have to ask before buy it. Now we can't do anything... thank you
