No delivery, no refund, passed 3 months Very disappointing experience with Elora. My order kept moving between multiple cities instead of being delivered or properly returned. Customer support only kept asking me to wait and failed to provide a clear resolution. Even after the order issue, the refund process was unnecessarily delayed. Poor logistics, lack of accountability, and unprofessional customer service. I expected much better from a jewelry brand. Not recommended.
