★★★★★ Everyone here is nice except the lab tech she's new and stick up and not the nicest person, I loved the woman that was there before she was very nice Every time we came in my husband and I would take us both back at the same time I peed them he was next, and she always filled out our milage papers from rideshare that we needed for our ride to give them gas money and the new girl refused to fill them out for us when no one else had a problem, but she sure does... Not very happy with the lab girl

★★★★★ App is snappy fast and much appreciated having a direct connection to the lab with results across the years more easily accessed than terrible hospital or provider apps. So nice to have this consistency despite changing providers. However, it's very focused on the individual collection of tests together on a date. Instead, the trend over time for a specific test is the main view I want and also the panel trend. For example, just show me LDL over the 10 years. That story is way more powerful.

★★★★★ Much better than Quest as far as having blood drawn. They are skilled and pay attention. I am an ex-IV drug addict. My veins are trashed and hard to draw blood from. The Phlebotomists at Lab Corp are excellent. As far as results go, they take a day or two longer to get me results than other labs. I just schedule my lab draws early, so the results are ready by my next Dr. Appt.

★★☆☆☆ Have to sign in every time I open the app, and when I try to change appointments it wends me to the website for some reason

★★☆☆☆ App continues to say my email address or password is incorrect, and it's not. I can log in through the web just fine... app deleted. Waste of time.

★★☆☆☆ My doctor now sees my results before I do. I was shocked, went to the Lab Corp app, and there were no lab results. How does the doctor have the information, but I don't? Have you betrayed your clients?
