Unable to enter payment information at all on either the app or their website. Makes it rather difficult to pay my bill.

Every time there is a login problem there is no easy way to talk to a problem-solver. My wife has to go get her results at her doctor because of this insidious customer service solution they've imposed. If she doesn't get her lab results online I am not paying her bill. Lab Corp also does not have a patient forgot username (email) link at their login, allowing your account to be hacked without recourse. All we get back are insidious emails saying the same thing.
