When/if charging starts the full screen goes all white on the phone locking the phone. Charging stopped after 5–10 minutes with red lights. DC charge error. Tried on 3 different stalls, one didn't start charging. All 3 stalls where hanging occupied for a good while. I left, not happy. Ytterhamnsvägen 1, Tesla model S.

Seriously, Göteborg Energy, you need competence, this monopoly of charging in the city, plus this horrible to use app... Hire a proper team of developers and LEARN about user experience, you need it.

Why? Seriously, who tests and reviews this application? Why is it so awful? Aren't we supposed to care about environment and facilities for electric cars? I can see that many charging station systems in Göteborg are broken, only In Charge cards and stations are working fine. I bought a plugin hybrid car and because of these messed up apps and the systems changing every day for worse, I can't charge my car often. Are environment and sustainability only buzzwords or are we really taking actions?
