★★★★★ Very happy I found this app. Following the Hacker Diet. As other people have mentioned in other reviews, I was looking for a way to keep track of which rung of the ladder I was on when training, without a printed copy and this is just perfect for that. I would love a little description of the exercises, useful for newbies or those progressing from intro to lifetime. Also, if it recorded that you trained and plotted time Vs rung that would be extra special - but not essential.
