So far not impressed, the first time hearing about a change is when I needed to move money from one account to the other. Old app is view only now. New app for some dumb reason can't be logged into through old app. Try a password reset, they can't reset my password. Now waiting in limbo for a call back from human. May update this rating in future if things can be resolved. It took a bit to get a call back, but they were respectful, kind, and solved the issue in a minute or two so updated review

TOP TIER SERVICE ALL THE TIME (even w/unpleasantness) Both fin. Inst. F26 yrs. DART BANK (00-current). Small town banks have charm, DART if bigger isn't a small Bank (branch#, new builds, staff turn around, hrs of operation ARE AS IF THEY STILL HAVE 2 BRANCHES). When I have had an ACTUAL AMAZING FINANCIAL INSTITUTION THE WHOLE TIME & IT'S A CREDIT UNION. It took me getting my identity stolen to FINALLY LEAVE THAT AWFUL BANK (now cert. Mngt. Not same). I factually can prove no slander!

How would ANYONE know that the silly little 'folder' icon in the mobile deposit screen was for deposit history?! How about LABELING IT?! The app devs need to think about USABILITY & clarity of interface, not hiding functions behind buttons without WORDS indicating what they do. This isn't Snapchat & I'm not a beta tester either. How about a clearly labeled button that says DEPOSIT HISTORY?! This goes for all other parts of your app too. Use WORDS, not symbols!! Thanks for coming to my TED talk.

What was USER FRIENDLY and RELIABLE App for YEARS has become a DISASTER of an online platform. Want to pay a bill online? GOOD LUCK - because you can count on the app to either pay it TWICE or NOT AT ALL.
