This app is pretty simple to use. It gives me the access I need to manage my accounts. My only complaint was the bill payment part was rather awkward, and I stopped using it some time back. I don't know if it has been improved recently.

This app claims I don't have an account. It doesn't recognize my sign in or my password, while the site does. I've had issues w SLC app in the past and after updated site and app still same issues w access to my account. This app won't recognize you.

If you close biometrics, you're screwed and can't use it again until your log in via password. And if you don't have your password, you're just screwed until you get a reset. Extremely annoying and happens way too frequently. Good bank, garbage app

There direct deposit takes way to long to post it's never at a normal time like 9am 11am 2pm 3pm, so I went to a new back due to there never being able to keep to a schedule. If you go in or call the people in both branches in Kenosha have attitude problems and are just destroying this bank I don't leave reviews very much, but this bank is just bad, so I want to warn anyone. Bank at your own risk here and don't depend on your direct deposit to be there at the same time on payday like other banks.
