★★★★★ Only flaw with the lalamove is their customer care which is ridicules. Lalamove have to improve on that specially. Over all okay. If they make some improvement on customer care agent and rider communications they can do well

★★☆☆☆ Very bad customer service and rude... They blame us instead even if there are not your fault at all. Learn and then do business Lalamove, customer service is just for customers but remember if there is no rider or driver how you want to run your service.

★★☆☆☆ Should have an app just for car category alone, so that we do not take the motorbike options. The app has more motorbike job than car job, and it is not suitable for drivers to actually earn money from the doing the job

★★☆☆☆ Forget it if you're a car user. Incentives require you to take bike orders, but cars do not have the liberty to freely park while you go collect item. By the time you find legal and proper parking, you're already late. Also, be prepared to pay obscene parking fees (per entry fee) out of your own pocket if you happen to pick an order from CBD area where loading bays are almost none existent or already occupied by bikes and vans. Whatever you earn from bike orders, goes to paying entry fee.
