Description
The LAMP for Tablet puts some of the key functionalities of LAMP into the hands of our users, right on your Android Tablet. From your Android Tablet you can search an asset by serial number, part number or site, look up recent LAMP ticket information and even process an RMA with the RMA Updater. LAMP has helped companies manage their assets and contracts on their desktops. Now we are mobilizing our users.
Asset Search: LAMP Asset Search allows users to search an asset based on serial number, part number or site. Once an asset has been located you can review contract information, components and even place a call to the service organization, all from your Android Tablet.
Ticket Search: LAMP Ticket Search allows a user to access all tickets, or focus on open or closed tickets. Within the application you can sort by all tickets or only focus on assets that you manage. With the Ticket Search application our users can verify the progress of a ticket.
RMA Update: The RMA Updater now puts the process of managing RMA tickets and information in the palm of your hand. From your Android Tablet you can bring up a serial number that is being exchanged, update the new serial number and generate a ticket for the LaSalle team to process. No longer do you have to write information down and head back to your desk. Now the Android Tablet is your tool wherever you are to update information.
Security: As with LAMP, security is a top priority. That is why LAMP follows the sample security philosophy and is fully SSL encrypted. In addition to SSL encryption, we have added enhancements to user ID and password requirements.
