Quick & easy. Love it. Wish more banks had an app like this. That was my original 5 star rating. List of problems: 1. My kids can't transfer money to me anymore. I need to go to their accounts and do it myself. 2. The new mobile deposit is TERRIBLE. Deposits use to be quick & easy now it takes forever. Had to grab a black paper to put the check on to capture the image. Then when it comes to the back it wouldn't line up with the check. 3. Every change is causing another headache.
