Overall, I like the mobile app. However, I recently went to make a mobile deposit and noticed a change to the notice page. Absolutely terrible decision to put a website's worth of information on a mobile deposit notice page. There was too much scrolling needed to get to the bottom of the page to accept and move forward to make my deposit. If hyperlinks aren't supported, then the web address should be typed in there to direct people where to get additional info. The user experience was awful.

Not sure if it's Landmark issue or Malware bytes one... the latest update to Landmark app has triggered Malware bytes mobile app is detecting it as a ransomware. I'm hoping it's false positive but removed the Landmark app for safety.

I just uninstalled this app and changed my review to one star because I am so sick of having to put my password in monthly: if I'm using the passkey and the biometrics on my phone it's me accessing my account. You guys suck. Your user interface sucks because you force us to log in monthly even if we have biometrics enabled. That literally defeats the purpose of me enabling biometrics for your app.

App needs major updates. It's very difficult to set up and link multiple bank accounts for transfers. If you have a landmark loan, you can't set up multiple accounts for auto-pay, which is ridiculous. I have 2 chase accounts that's linked to LMCU, but it only shows 1. Then, you can't remove the accounts that you've linked.

The process of approving external accounts takes 2 and more steps which takes too long, they are forcing you to do it manually, and later you should wait 1 more or who knows how many days that they are going to send you 2 virtual penny transactions, so you would approve them in the end.
