The latest update changed the look of the plans and made it unclear. The previous version was much better, and you could track your payments much easier for each plan. I don't like the latest updated look.

For credit cards, the app is just to look at your account, you can't do anything like transfer funds from a purchase to another, I have a payment that's due in 4 years (a phone) and one that's due in 6 months but any time I add funds it it automatically goes to the one due in 4 years, then when I call to adjust that they charge you a fee for moving funds, the app is useless

The app is usable but lacks features. You can't search transactions, and I've had a terrible experience where I removed a payment method, but it remained in a separate section. I ended up paying a late fee and interest for a 3-day delay. Customer service credited the late fee but wouldn't fully refund the $200 interest. I was migrated to latitude from Amex, and I'll be cancelling the card and going back to Amex ASAP

Worst customer service, called the support number regarding the application issue, agent transferred to the service desk and no one responded the call was on hold for 20 mins every time.
