Recent versions of the app work well. All pretty straight forward. Not terribly happy with increases in monthly fees but that's nothing to do with the app.

The latest update changed the look of the plans and made it unclear. The previous version was much better, and you could track your payments much easier for each plan. I don't like the latest updated look.

With the last update of terms and conditions everything was removed from my account and is asking me to link it again and when I try is saying that my account is already link to another email address which I don't have

The app is usable but lacks features. You can't search transactions, and I've had a terrible experience where I removed a payment method, but it remained in a separate section. I ended up paying a late fee and interest for a 3-day delay. Customer service credited the late fee but wouldn't fully refund the $200 interest. I was migrated to latitude from Amex, and I'll be cancelling the card and going back to Amex ASAP

Worst customer service, called the support number regarding the application issue, agent transferred to the service desk and no one responded the call was on hold for 20 mins every time.
