This app is my "saving grace". Emily Baker herself is dynamic as her energy and knowledge goes full force to all of her "law nerds" to understand the law and precisely explaining the intricacies relating to the trial she is currently covering.

I get notifications for videos a good 15 to 1/2 an hour late. Plus, the app doesn't tell you what different features are such as Spaces. You get messages saying "go to your Spaces" but you can't find them. And you don't even know what they are. It definitely needs a "How to" section. I've been a member for a couple of weeks, and I have had the app since day one of that time, and I'm still missing a lot of important things. I'm really ticked off.

Unable to create account because email verification code is invalid, despite numerous attempts, sends the same code and says it's invalid.

Download app almost 2 weeks ago. I've tried every option to sign up but none work. I get the code to verify, and it says invalid email or code. They are correct seems to be an app glitch. Wish I could use the app

Sadly with the March update, the message center is inoperative. Messages are greyed out, and I cannot scroll to read the rest of the message. The two April updates made it worse by displaying even less of the message. So far support requests have not resulted in a fix. I ended up having to manually install an older version in order to restore functionality.
