Despite the app being a bit difficult to navigate, I'm giving these five stars for the access it gives people to a great community, amazing service, and lots of free tools. Annie Grace is a truly generous, kind, heal-the-world human.

I'm not sure if it's because I'm in the UK because most people don't seem to have this issue but any video that I start (pre-work), day 1 and day 2 only last about 30 seconds, and then I get a pop-up for the paid service. If I close the ad then the video goes back to the beginning, and I watch the same 30 seconds again before the same as pops up. It's making progression useless. I'll keep trying and just skipping the videos, but I hope I don't miss anything important to the message.

I just started the audiobook and downloaded the app to utilize the journal feature as suggested. The book seems pretty good so far, but I'm a little frustrated that I just finished the "pre-work" in the app and now "day 1" won't open up for me until tomorrow, apparently. Today is my day one! It feels a little bit like I just wasted my time by downloading the app. I'm probably going to delete it and just keep a regular journal instead.
