This Naked Mind changed my life! It changed my thinking about alcohol, so that I no longer saw it as a treat or a crutch. The science showed me that that was just an illusion. Once I saw through the illusion, taking back control and stopping was easy! If you don't believe there is a benefit anymore, then there is no temptation or craving. If you drink more than you want to, then This Naked Mind can definitely help you too!

I'm not sure if it's because I'm in the UK because most people don't seem to have this issue but any video that I start (pre-work), day 1 and day 2 only last about 30 seconds, and then I get a pop-up for the paid service. If I close the ad then the video goes back to the beginning, and I watch the same 30 seconds again before the same as pops up. It's making progression useless. I'll keep trying and just skipping the videos, but I hope I don't miss anything important to the message.

I just started the audiobook and downloaded the app to utilize the journal feature as suggested. The book seems pretty good so far, but I'm a little frustrated that I just finished the "pre-work" in the app and now "day 1" won't open up for me until tomorrow, apparently. Today is my day one! It feels a little bit like I just wasted my time by downloading the app. I'm probably going to delete it and just keep a regular journal instead.
