This app has been easy to use and the education and breath work teaching has been beyond helpful. I recommend the course 100% to anyone on a parenting journey or anyone wishing to learn more about themselves. The only suggestion I have about the app is in "your profile" under "your activity" I would find it extremely helpful if it did not only show individual posts made but also displayed any comments I have made on other posts. I am finding it tricky to search for previous comment threads.

I love the content if the course but this app platform isn't well-prepared. The phone battery gets very hot and is depleting very quickly while using this app. The video players are not user-friendly - don't allow for seeing the audio/video progress or quickly rewinding by 10 seconds as other players do. It's also quite tricky to minimize the player window once pressed play.
