★★★★★ Learning restorative breath work and connected family interaction principles with these amazing women changed me, my relationships and my family. Recommend to parents, would-be parents, grandparents and anyone who wants to improve their nervous system regulation, aka life management skills.

★★☆☆☆ I love the content if the course, but this app platform isn't well-prepared. The phone battery gets very hot and is depleting very quickly while using this app. The video players are not user-friendly - don't allow for seeing the audio/video progress or quickly rewinding by 10 seconds as other players do. It's also quite tricky to minimize the player window once pressed play.
