Love using the Ocean Friends App to check-in at my Therapy appointments for my daughter. Very convenient... Also being abel to massage back and forth with all of her therapist at the same time, so we're all on the same page about her care! At first the app would crash often, and I'd have to uninstall the app and then reinstall it. Seems they have been working on that because as of lately it's been working fine. Plus the memories are awesome to look back at to see all the progress from child ♡

The app is easy to use, and I love the convenient check in. I get reminders and quick responses to general questions about appointments. The journal entry is easy you can enter or use voice notes.

Before the previous update, the app worked well fine. Now I can't even open the app, just crashes, and I get notifications that the app keeps stopping. Saw the reply from Ocean Friends on a previous review, and they said it's because it doesn't work on some devices running android 16 beta, my phone doesn't even run on android 16 beta and the app still doesn't work. Please fix this issue. I need this app to communicate with my child's therapist and I can't. It's very frustrating.

I have had to uninstall and reinstall this app six times in 6 months because it constantly stops working and won't open. The chat feature malfunctions constantly and shows ancient versus new messages.
