Lot of bugs, and there are no terms and condition page and no contact page, where to contact, it can be a fraud, poor app experience

I usually order from this app inside Lovely Professional University campus, but this was a very bad experience. I ordered at 8:30 PM, the app showed “ready” after 20–30 mins, but delivery came after 1.5 hours. The delivery guy even forgot my order and had to go back. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and in very bad condition. Very disappointing, especially during exam time.
