Very disappointed with LB CIM personal loan service. The loan officer ignored my calls even after I called more than 10 times. After submitting all required documents, I was asked to share my live Google location on WhatsApp and show my workplace. The service was unprofessional and slow. Felt like the officer was acting as if the money was coming from her own savings. Expected a fast and easy process, but had a very bad experience.

මුන් මහලොකුවට කත කරනවා කපටි හැත්ත.හොරු.බොරු කරයෝ.මම ලොන් එකක් දැම්මා.දවස් තුනකින් කතා කරන්නම් කිවා. කතා කරෙත් නැ.ලොන් එක Rejected කරලා.ලොන් එක rejected වෙන්න හෙතුවවත් කිවෙ නැ.මෙ ඇප් එක ගන්න එපා. මුන් බොරු කරයො. They talk a big game—a bunch of cunning, deceitful crooks. I applied for a loan. They said they would get back to me in three days, but they never did. They rejected the loan without even stating the reason why.

it's not working in my mobile... says not compatible with this version.... same mobile using by my dad it was working.... called several time customer care regarding this still no response..... very bad service....
