The app is not user-friendly and does not allow me to top up my wallet. I have tried multiple times, but each attempt has failed. Additionally, the customer care hotline is extremely unhelpful—I had to call numerous times, and even then, I did not receive accurate information.

Still worse app Disappointed with CIM App *Review:* This app is very disappointing. I tried multiple times to top up my CIM Wallet from my bank account, but it never worked. The interface is not user-friendly, and support is not helpful. This kind of unreliable service from a financial company like LB Finance is unacceptable. Please fix the issues or be transparent with customers. Right now, I cannot recommend this app to anyone.

I wanted to schedule a payment via the app to settle my finance facility, but when I tried, it said "KYC module process failure." When I contacted customer care, they gave me unhelpful guidance and told me to send a screen recording. After I sent it, they said they would contact me soon, but nobody did. I did this three times. Nobody knows how to solve the problem. I'm looking for this option since I'm working abroad. This app is not useful at all.

The app profile was created by the branch in my presence but the limit they've set up is 25,000/- what can you do with 25,000 these days ? I transferred 240,000 to pay for a loan facility obtained from them and when I called their hotline from my registered mobile, they verified all the details and said they need to get a video call as well. This creates a huge deal inconvenience to the customers whose details have already been verified. And an otp comes before the transaction as well.
