This issue is happening twice a month now. The app suddenly stops working and shows a message saying “This device is not complying with CIM terms.” It was working fine before, and there is no clear explanation for why this keeps happening. Customer service only advises uninstalling and reinstalling the app, which is not a permanent solution. Please provide a proper fix instead of temporary troubleshooting.

I wanted to schedule a payment via the app to settle my finance facility, but when I tried, it said "KYC module process failure." When I contacted customer care, they gave me unhelpful guidance and told me to send a screen recording. After I sent it, they said they would contact me soon, but nobody did. I did this three times. Nobody knows how to solve the problem. I'm looking for this option since I'm working abroad. This app is not useful at all.
