My daughter spent a long time earning coins in order to gradually make her emile look like a panda. She spent 1000 coins on the black color, 1000 on the white and 3000 coins on the panda body. She also got the panda hat. Finally, she managed to get all of it today, so she equipped it. Later she changed costumes and colors and now the game appears to have lost all the panda things mentioned above apart from the hat. It has even taken the coins, so she can't re-buy them. She's really upset.

App is just a bit flakey and isn't intuitive. This week's tasks once done drop to the bottom of the list below inactive tasks. Won't allow zero to be entered on math tasks making 10+?=10 impossible. Maths.co.uk was far better.

Can't log in with credentials supplied. Like many parents in the class. Couldn't do the homework, children upset. On the android app, they pop the keyboard over the input buttons so can't see what you're typing because it only works in landscape mode. Even if you move the keyboard you still can't validate the school field. I'd fire your QAs.
