Bad Review, they have a notification period to close your account and cancel the next payment of 28 days, which is clearly a violation of GDPR laws. Request to be forgotten should be included inside the app itself and not by reaching out them in Instagram Check GDPR law, article 17

So, so slow!!!! No matter how many times you update it it just runs so slowly. Every time I try cancel a class the app kicks me out. I've to delete the app and re download. One of the worst apps ive ever used. I wish my gym didn't use it.

It is very faulty. I cannot log, and they always ask to update the app. So annoying. It should be more simple. This app is used just to book gym sessions...

Asked to speak to the owner found a glitch in their system that allows people unlimited free membership only for one of the staff called Bias to tell me that's working as intended. Asked to speak to the owner and conversation went dead no reply for 24 hours. Caught 8 people using the glitch in 2 days. One even said that they'd been using the glitch since the new year. They are simply the worse company to get talking to someone. The chatbot they use is the most annoying feature I've ever used.
