Booking for the gym App has worked well on my first bookings at the Harlow Leisure Zone. One minor issue is the share to Facebook appears to link but does not allow you to comment as it throws you back to the booking page before you complete a comment.

I would have put 5 stars but the only issue I feel on the app is when people book classes and need to cancel for their own personal reasons we cannot cancel on the app on the day, only the day before up until midnight, I feel it would be beneficial to the customer and the gym if they changed that setting where customers can cancel on the day, maybe no less than an hour before to give others the chance to attend, it will also take a lot of strain off the receptionist who are very busy.

Needs a bit of work The payment system is terrible. The app does not remember logins, when booking courts you have to select the slot above the one you want. If you iron out the bugs then it would work much better.
★★☆☆☆Craig Palmer· May 3, 2017
Payment method is awkward and never remembers details. The app implies that anyone, even guests, can book a sports court with a login, however you can't get a login without a subscription membership
