Super simple design that makes it easy to use! You can easily see all your pets and coverage you have with small explanations for each item. I had to file a claim a couple of weeks ago and I thought it was going to be difficult but the app walks you through every step.

App is good. But stay away from the pet insurance When I got the pet insurance through Lemonade, they were fast to settle claims, and I had no problems. Now it seems that they through the claim around to multiple agents and are always looking into the claim. It's been over a month, and they are still looking into a claim for a regular vet visit. I hate to think what would happen in an emergency visit. I pay out the highest policy a month and expected to have the covered amounts paid out without ha

Thank God I never needed to file a claim. Getting lemonade to take your money is about as effortless as it gets. A photo of some blonde chick meant to represent the chatbot that runs this company guides you through giving them your credit card. But if you actually need anything, the "AI" gives up and then all you get is a text from a Third World country. I'm spending more after switching and couldn't be happier. When life gives you lemonade, settle for the lemons.

Get this insurance on a new pet only. If you are trying to keep up with a pet that had any iota of a vet visit prior they will pick through the paperwork and find a way to deny the claim, even if it is undiagnosed.

Got it for the pet insurance, because I needed to take my cat to the vet for a check-up. It went into effect on 5/10, and I took my cat in on 5/25. Got reimbursed a little for that visit. Took her in again on 6/7 and found out she has asthma. Submitted my claim for that visit and 2 medications. All 3 were denied because they said it was pre-existing! Ended up canceling my policy. Trying to submit anything was a NIGHTMARE anyway.
