5 stars for both app and company. We have had Lemonade pet insurance for our dogs for the past 1.5 years and unfortunately one of our dogs developed cancer about two months ago. They approved all our claims smoothly and really helped us not worry about the cost of things as we got her treated. Unfortunately she lost her battle with cancer but Lemonade made the effort for us, and we appreciate them. Highly recommend for pet insurance.

I've had lemonade renters insurance and pet insurance for years now, and It's been great. I've never filed a claim for the renters' insurance, so I can't speak on that, however the pet insurance has always been incredibly easy, and I typically get my insurance payout within just a couple of days with no hassle. I filed a claim earlier today in between 2 of my clients, and it was approved within an hour. I don't have their car insurance yet, but I plan on switching if I can get a slightly lower rate!

This is the worst app I have ever used. I paid for a year of pet insurance Nov. 4th it's now June 3rd and when I log on it doesn't show me my policy. This app and company are the worst.

Lemonade denied my pet insurance claim, after keeping me waiting well over a month to make sure they got my monthly payment, citing a pre-existing condition despite me only ever noticing well into the policy period. Do not use this company for insurance they will scam you.
