I've had lemonade renters insurance and pet insurance for years now, and It's been great. I've never filed a claim for the renters' insurance, so I can't speak on that, however the pet insurance has always been incredibly easy, and I typically get my insurance payout within just a couple of days with no hassle. I filed a claim earlier today in between 2 of my clients, and it was approved within an hour. I don't have their car insurance yet, but I plan on switching if I can get a slightly lower rate!

Super simple design that makes it easy to use! You can easily see all your pets and coverage you have with small explanations for each item. I had to file a claim a couple of weeks ago and I thought it was going to be difficult but the app walks you through every step.

Don't trust this company. They give you a hard time to get refunded when you ask for a claim and I couldn't end up getting it. Then I had a premium of $41 and all of a sudden it jumped to over $100 for no reason just because their prices went up. And that's that I never once used the insurance in 3 years. Then they try to keep you by giving you a slight discount paying $59 (still paying $18 more total) by reducing your benefits for your pet. Just not worth it anymore

Terrible auto insurance. They will continuously "update" your policy and charge you additional payments even if you are paid in full. If you ever need to make a claim with your rentor's insurance, Lemonade will find every reason to decline. Also, they have terrible customer service as they intentionally make it hard to connect to a human. Between auto and renters, I have been a customer for over 3 years, and would strongly recommend not using Lemonade.
