Whether you’re just beginning to understand how your upbringing shaped your patterns, or you’ve been doing the work for years, The Hub offers structured, ongoing support to help you unlearn survival strategies, reconnect with yourself, and build a life that feels more like yours.
You don’t need to have gone no contact. You don’t need a diagnosis or an explanation. You don’t need to prove your pain. If you’re carrying the emotional weight of having to manage a parent, partner, or caregiver’s moods, needs, or rage -this space was built with you in mind.
The Hub focuses specifically on the impact of narcissistic and emotionally abusive relationships, with content and tools that help you:

Created by Helen Villiers, a psychotherapist who specialises in narcissistic abuse and complex relational trauma, The Hub blends psychoeducation with practical tools and community support, so you can do the work in a way that’s sustainable and self-led.

It’s for those who want to understand themselves more clearly, feel less alone, and have access to steady, grounded support, alongside a community that understands.
