Now that you don't have to unlock the screen to turn off the alarm it's now a five star. Problem - got new phone. Everything working as before except selected alarm music no longer works. Picked a ringtone from the notification preferences and can hear the tone, but tone doesn't sound on alarm time. Text-to-Speech does work. Reinstalled and sound now works. Update - I finally had to delete the app because I couldn't get the notification sound to work. Without it the app is useless.

This app used to be great but had hiccups transferring / syncing reminders. #1 My backup format was not supported anymore, so it cannot transfer to the newly installed app. #2 Can't sync the old reminder data to the newly installed app. HELP!!!

It's too unreliable. I used to use it for medication, but it stopped reminding me. After clearing it, it made no difference. I purchased it, and it would randomly go off but very rarely at the right time. I use Take Your Pills, and I've never looked back.
