I'd heard about this app from my roommate. After using it a bit I found that my dog had got out of gated yard. I turned to light catch because one of its features is you can post a missing pet amongst other features. Well my dog was returned safe and sound..... I will continue to sing these apps praises. Keep up the great work!

Today, January 30th a post came up about a drug dealer / thief in our area around the car wash. As soon as I read what people had to say about the situation and that the RCMP had been contacted, I knew it would be good planning on my part to stay home for the next 2 to 4 hrs, as I figured the possibility of something nasty might take place and I would be safer and better off staying out of the way. If this app wasn't part of my life right now, I could have been in the RCMP way of arrest.

I tried this app for a day. I need to be able to set a different radius for each location. Also, I want to see alerts only for the area I choose, not necessarily the location I'm in, or all of my locations at the same time. No need to see recovered items. It is important to be able to turn location off at times but still log in to see what is going on near my chosen location. I can see the potential to make the app better.

I'm uninstalling this app for now. It has cut my battery usage in less than half, the drain rate is crazy now, I can't even make it to lunchtime unplugged. Also, tired of the few users in my community not really understanding that not every person in a hoodie with a backpack is a threat. I'll come back later when the battery drain issue is resolved and my neighborhood has more serious users than Nosey Nelly types.

When you sign up for the app they start spamming your email. Several "current" alerts, but the pictures say recovered by rcmp across them. No way to report alerts that shouldn't be there. Has potential but can do a lot better.
