UPDATE 8/22/17 What a difference a version makes. Current version working perfectly, and improved over previous version with a cleaner layout and much broader reporting options. Great job! (Previous review below) Terrible replacement for a working app. Unlike the Apple version, this version will not toggle between stores (functionality is there, just doesn't work) as well as slow loads and lockups. Useless unless you have only one shop to manage. Worse that useless since the old app worked fine. UPDATE: Assigned shop Nicknames in Back Office as instructed, no change in app behavior. App is installed on both an Android phone and tablet and functions the same on both.

This version is pathetic, and I'm angry that a new version has been rolled out to select users that not even the tech support team is aware of. My business partner has Shop keep Pocket version 4.0.367 on a Samsung Galaxy S8...the same phone that I have...yet somehow this version was not and is still not available to me. When I emailed tech support asking how I too could get the update I first had to convince tech support that there truly was a new version by sending screenshots showing the updated version number. After several days of emailing back and forth I was eventually told that the update was only rolled out to certain businesses...that can't be true because I am the co-owner of a business where only one of us received the update. I'm not sure I believe anyone truly knows what's going on. The new version has so much more functionality that I do not have access to with this outdated version, and I feel that if a new version is available and able to be rolled out to some select peoole, then it should be rolled out to everyone, especially considering the current satisfactory rating of this app.

Shop keep is a terrible company. The equipment takes forever to process
credit cards. It often needs to be reset and the program rebooted 2 or 3
times within a 5-hour shift, this is very inconvenient during a rush. I had
a guest get mad a leave because the iPad kept trying to connect to a reader
that wouldn't work while I was manually typing in the Cc number. I had a CC
reader replace and shop keep never asked me to return the old reader or
send me any emails asking to return the old reader. I never received a
shipping label so after about 2 to 3 weeks I tossed the broken reader.
About a month later I get a charge for $299 on my credit card. I called in
and confirmed with an associate that I never received an email asking to
return the cc reader. The associate apologizes as she reads through all the
emails sent to me and finds that they never sent me the email asking for it
back. She is really sorry but won't do anything. I'm so upset with them, I'm
going to fork out more money for a new POS system, so I no longer have to
deal with this company again. Do not use this company for your POS system.
The equipment is garbage and so is the customer service. I've only been
using it for less than 4 months.
