Works fairly well in my 2018 MKZ, but with limitations. While the Lincoln+Alexa app does support Amazon Music, iHeartRadio, Tune In, SiriusXM and TIDAL, there is no support for Pandora, Spotify or Apple Music. The app needs some work.

It is very good! I'm holding back one star because it is somewhat finicky. I have seen three different problems, freezes during listening, Lincoln+Alexa app won't load into app link, NAV directions sent to phone instead of SYNC 3. All these issues are intermittent and oddly go away after the car has been turned off and allowed to sit until the next drive. Then it is fine again.

Worked great for a few months, and I loved it. Not sure what the change was, but it doesn't work anymore in my MKC

App doesn't work with my 2016 MKZ. My guess would be it only works with the Sync 3 system and I have the crappy glitch-filled Sync system. I'm disappointed that the app doesn't work with my car but not surprised. The Lincoln Way app won't connect either.

I don't know if it's this app or samsung, but after I get an update, lincoln Alexa will not work via Bluetooth with my corsair. Frustrating
