It's a good app. Works for me. Missing a few features though. It would be nice to have a gallery of all the pictures that are taken at daycare all in one spot. Also, if profile pictures could be added to viewable gallery, that would be great. One of these days my baby is not going to be at his daycare and I won't be able to go back with my computer and download all his pictures.

Moved to a daycare with procure to this app, generally I'd like to see some layout changes 1) I find myself constantly switching to the moments tab over the now tab. The now tab just has too much irrelevant information on it. 2) I also find myself switching to the messages tab more often, and I'd like to see it moved left in the menu. 3) I wish that the messages would actually show up in my email inbox, procure sent me the full message and told me to reply inside the procure app.

Constantly having to close out the app because it's not updating the status of the kids. It hovers on the login screen at times when I'm already logged in and most of the time I go to tag a person goes to the wrong group of names. It does this enough that it doesn't feel like the most efficient tool to be using while trying to monitor children. If these issues don't get addressed soon I hope a better alternative can be found I fight with this app daily

This app is awful. Takes forever to load anything, requires frequent reinstallation, and has all kinds of ui issues (like covering up the message you are typing, so you can't see any typos). This is the worst app I have ever used.

So many bugs, can't click on Moments to see pics of my child. App/operating system version is not the issue. AI app support sends you in circles. Tells me to download the Line leader Engage app, but there is no such thing and then says "Great, looks like you have the correct app and should be using the Line leader app". So confusing when it was working and then 2 days ago stopped working.
