Wonderful app, with great teachers! My only issue is that it doesn't give notifications properly for when you receive a message from a teacher, so sometimes it'll be a few days before I see anything

The app was good when they had active teachers, now there are no teachers remaining, so it is kind of a dead app now. The support team are extremely slow and non-responsive. I booked a course with a teacher, that teacher left the app, and now I am left trying to recover the money for the remaining hours and the support team do not want to respond or refund me the money they owe me. My advice is to avoid this app, there are many online learning platforms that actually have teachers and cost less.

Im sure spp would be good if it let me redeem my free lesson. I can't even see where to put in my card details for the free lesson there is a glitch where it is white and I cant see what numbers I am typing for the month cvv and card number. Please fix so I can use the app and ill fix my rating.
