Easy app install, easy bulb install, and they work with Alexa via my fire cube. Very nice that they are dimmable. Bought multiples and had a problem with software on one bulb.

Forcing an ad, even if only two seconds, locking you out of a security system is unacceptable. I'm putting this back up to four stars since it works and there haven't been any ridiculous ads lately. The only thing that's annoying is that you can set schedule for lights but not security. (At least within the app itself)

Basic operations are okay, but lacks timers or schedules. The most annoying thing is that whenever the power goes out the app forgets the bulb and I have to go through the entire reset process of taking the bulb out and re-scanning it. Having 4 of them, and two of them out on my driveway and up above my front door inside a globe, it's a pretty huge nuisance. Not sure what to do besides throw them away, seeing as how I can get others bulbs for cheaper w/ better options and aren't forgetful.

After using this app for only a few days the presets options have vanished entirely. I uninstalled the app and still, no presets. Has this been an issue for anyone else?

I bought linking dimmable lights, thought I could hook it up.to Alexa doesn't seem to be the case Can't find number to customer service.
