Works well 99% of the time, though sometimes it forgets the pickup point and I have to re-enter it. Other than that, it's easy to use, and makes booking easier without the need to worry about paying at the end of the trip.

It gets worse. Now you prebook f9r a set time, and it books it in for an hour later with no warning its doing so. Bookings are not created until.5 mins before requested time. Meaning if drivers are then busy your selected time then becomes unavailable. So what's the point in booking in advance? Used to really like this company but think they need to work out their booking system better. If you know you will be busy to make sure the app can plan for that. Need to find a new taxi service.

The consistency of this app is absolutely awful. If I've pre-booked a trip hours before the required time, I shouldn't be waiting 15-20mins after the arranged pickup time. I understand there can be a shortage of drivers at times. But maybe assign a driver earlier than 5 mins before the pickup time. It's caused myself and partner to be late to work several times. We've just had a driver now, decide not to come despite being 2 mins away. If you want to be a taxi service try better

Everything is wrong, adress, time and payments. Just call them instead of using app. Even drivers recommend you to ring them instead of booking through app. You have problems like "driver not available" but if you call there is at least 5 taxis waiting it's just because "they don't want to accept cards payments through app cause its on hold up to 14 days so better get cash and call" just so wrong.
