HELP!!: Autopay ACCEPT BUTTON blocked by border!! In order to Accept the terms you have to click something. On Android S24 Ultra, the acceptance button is below-screen and the popup does not scroll. Previously Known As TITAN!! They need to remove the TITAN app or put in bold letters: Download LINQ CONNECT for access to your old TITAN account. Because TITAN is now defunct & this is the new one to use for school lunches! Frustrating. ALSO ADD: SWIPE LEFT ON UR KID'S PIC TO ACCESS THE NEXT KID!! :(

Please add balance transfer capability to the app, I can only find it on the desktop site. I have two kids in school and to avoid fees, we add funds by check, and only write one check. Then I transfer balances as needed.

Needs Favorites and Month View. Requiring a retype of the district and multiple clicks to get to the menu every day is frustrating. Desperately need a favorites school and menu option to quickly reload desired information. Also, needs a month view or download PDF export of month menu. The download of a month view should be the highest priority since that would reduce login need to only monthly. 10/31/24 Update 2 stars to 4. Developers added recommendations and overhauled app. Greatly improved.

Greedy "Convenience Fee" I started writing a check to the front office at the school. LINQ Connect charges a HUGE "Convenience Fee" and only allows $150 per transaction. I am not able to just enter one amount for my children's food for the year. I continually have to add in $150 increments PLUS the multiple "Convenience Fees." I know it costs money to run the app but among thousands of students, this is nothing but GREEDY! Plus, they send ridiculous emails about how "helpful" they are? Sickening

Horrible. Ever since the "degradation" recently one cannot log into the app with ease. App locks up and one is unable to navigate. Yet another miss for FCPS. School districts should opt for another service. Linq is not it!
