This app used to work, prior to 13 August 2026, perhaps earlier. It would give me the state of charge. It now shows the four batteries I have installed, but I don't know how to get the state of charge. I tap, press, try to drag. Can't get the state of charge now. UPDATE 17Aug2026 today, I uninstalled and reinstalled this app. I also created an account and logged in. My four UT3500 batteries are recognized. I gave them unique names (their serial number). Those saved. Cycle pwr. Working now!

Does no work. I don't connect to my safari. It's a shame that you buy a product so expensive, and it doesn't work how it's supposed to

Worthless app. Does not work with Samsung S23+. Error message in app states, "Bluetooth error, unable to oair with summit." The developer knows about this problem but REFUSES to fix it. Lion customer service fails on every account and makes empty promises. Even 1 year later, they can't make their pathetic app work with Samsung phones. Stick with Goal Zero. If you are reading this and dislike Lion Energy please leave a one-star review.

I was forced to run the update and now unable to get the 4 batteries connected via Wi-Fi. Had no issues before this update, now have to provide my personal information to set up an account to monitor my batteries, still not working.

Used to be a great app to check battery status. Doesn't work at all now. I have to keep "adding" the same batteries, or it simply can't find a couple of them. Hope Lion can fix this Sent
