CRM app is for LIPI Service engineers.

App user REQUIREMENTS - You must be a Lipi Employee and enrolled as Service Engineer.

Field support engineers use this app to provide real-time updates of their service requests in our CRM. Our CRM maintains real time location of an engineer which is getting captured through the android app. Whenever a service request is raised by a customer in our CRM, CRM identifies the nearest available engineer and divert him to site. Once the engineer reached the site, he scans a QR code pasted on our machines. This notifies the CRM that engineer has reached the site and base on the QR code value (which embeds information like model number and other manufacturing details) our app gives a step by step guide to engineer for assistance. While working at the site our engineer uploads certain pictures as a part of process. After finishing the call engineer mandatorily need to upload a scanned copy of call completion document. Without these steps transaction can’t be completed.

Since we are providing service on 24X7 products all these functionalities are highly required for customer satisfaction and to meet stringent SLA terms.

The following permissions are required for the app service.

– Access to the camera and gallery – Features like uploading pictures and PDF file against Tickets & claims, Engineer use to take photos and upload site Visit images. he also Used to scan QR codes of machine to verify the customer.

– Access to External Storage & All Files Access Permission– To upload Soft copy of Tickets/FCR in PDF format for claims. save visit photos, save/upload photos against Tickets.


- Access to Location : We need current location and the tracks of your employees. we Used to collect Engineer's location data even in "background" "when app is closed and not in use", to ensure our engineer is where they’re supposed to be and that they are visiting at customer's location. Used to calculate distance during TOUR/Visit. We also use to display a route map on our internal ERP, and to calculate user's Expenses.
