The app is useful while it's working but for a few days now it's been down and says "internet connection is required" when I try to log in. I'm not sure why because I have internet connection already. Tried Wi-Fi and mobile data. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and the issue remains

Always failed to log in saying an internet connection is needed to log in. I have my internet and it works fine. Web browser is working. The app sucks. Reinstalling doesn't help. Restarted my phone and launch the app still failed to log in. Luckily didn't pay for the paid version.

Not sure if this app is worth the download. It takes 5–6 minutes to load every time I open it, rendering it almost useless. I can bring up my pt list in <1 min on my browser. I tried to bring this up to customer service, and he told me that this is normal and based on how many patients are at our hospital. He also told me to talk to the "influencers" at my organization. Not a helpful app, rep, OR response.
