New app needs tweaking: when typing numbers in, it acts up. For example, when you type 256, it would sometimes allow 2, then would not type 5. Had to hit the space bar first, then type 5. Did not appear to make actual space, but 80% of the time had to hit the space bar to type next number. Sometimes it would take numbers together. BC of this, LITTLITE app may not've taken my address, ssi, phone#'s & correctly, which may've caused a rejection of my LIHEAP application.

Litt lite will not open for me after several tries it remains stuck! It is very frustrating. It need to be a better way of doing this, if it mean we have to go to the office and give them the information needed, through the door and they process the information. This is ridiculous we're all going through enough!
