I have used Zilch from day one, this past week I have had so much fraudulent activity on my account I reported did all the password and bank changes they gave me a new card and within 1 day I had more fraudulent activity when I told them they have now blocked my card again to go through the same issues that clearly wasn't sorted properly the first time no apologies from them just an arsey message. Be careful using them.

Overcharged fee. They charge you more than the stated fee on the app and make it difficult to deal with using the AI online chat they have, where they push you to contacting the retailer, rather than taking the blame and dealing with THEIR own mistakes themselves. To me this is fraud, false marketing, making false statements, and I have proof of all of this. I know companies like this are a scam, but come on. Do they think people are just going to ignore the extra fee taken of £1.25 in error?

Use clearway its easier and you pay less upfront!! Kinda unless if you want to use in store! And if you want to use online use clearway as they take less upfront front not 50% this is a con unless you are wealthy! This is really for the rich not the working class! Defo use clearway there far better and more friendly to rhe working class!! Clearly your other reviews are fake as you cant add to them!!! Real people don't sign up! The reviews are fake! I will see you in court!!!

Just awful company, get tou to sign up for a measly credit limit you can't use to buy anything, I don't see the point, I have credit cards and with 10 times as much limit, absolute joke and totally pointless. Never missed payments but treated like I have, problems closing my account also, absolute con and definitely not worth the time and effort to sign up, stick with your credit cards they are more reasonable and transparent, zilch is very misleading indeed.
