The app is crap The app worked well enough for two days into my 10-day trip abroad. A subsequent update of the app broke it. A few days later there was another update but the app was still broken. For the short duration that the app worked, "Request" could only be made to the flight assistant but any other assistance required making a phone call. Why would I need an app to make a phone call?...it's a good thing I had VoIP and Wi-Fi at my hotel because my phone and data plan were off. Useless app and service. 1 Star
