I love the resources it also provides that you can print and read at any time.

I would recommend this app and the LiveandDare program to everyone and anyone. It has been an absolute blessing to me and I've only had it for a week so far; already noticing some of the benefits. Giovanni makes it all so simple with very easy step by step instructions for every course and every meditation technique (there are many!). Plus, tons and tons of other resources and bonus content. There are no words to describe how grateful I am to have found this.
