Overall a pretty great app. I'm able to generate routes, monitor my bike status, updates, tire pressure and charge status. My complaints I wish they could fix are battery calculation with riding freeways at 70mph, when you program a route and pick charging stops how much battery to that charge station (only shows to final destination) and I don't know if it's an app thing but connecting the phone and the helmet to the bike makes the volume super low vs phone to helmet. Fix that I'll give 5 stars!

After using the app for over a year now, the team has done great in updating features and staying committed. It’s a great app with a solid feature set. At this point, I’d like to see better route planning for charging on trips and for when you change charge percentage values in app that it works better. Changing the percentage works, but the app often spins indefinitely and displays a connection error, even though it actually changes in the background every time so far.

The app has given very little of the type I needed when I needed it. Yet provides a servive manual, 226 pages, buy my means search it except to scroll all226 pages. Useless.

It has been malfunctioning recently. The synchronization time exceeds an hour, which makes it challenging to determine the actual charging duration.

I haven't noticed anything off wit App, cept even when I think its just me / I would swear it's like updating my phone location every 4 min. I would tink an App. that's safe wouldn't do this. Who agree?suspect. The conclusion it might record all user data up too drops, and EV battery DATA TO DETERMINE WHAT THE CURRENT COST OF EV batties. Just to keep the price Artificial high. I know I would like a Extra batt. At reason bull cost. Good thang : realtime tired data. 41 lbs.. 194 lbs torc👂twite!
