Makes it easy to book activities and access the gym. Note to developers: The drop-down menu "Order By" on the page "My Bookings" is too complicated. For example, the entry "Booked For ..." seems to list bookings in random order.

The app is so slow and doesn't show all information. When booking I have noticed it will log me out and then try to charge me (members get most classes for free as part of the membership) need some updating and tweeking.

Recent server change has killed the android app completely - absolutely awful. The only 'fix' advised was to downgrade my S23 Ultra running Android 13 to "Kit Kat 4.4" - obviously not supported as it was released in 2013!!! TERRIBLE service from the Liveware team and no interest in finding a solution for me, just told me to call the center, which is just a nightmare - *don't* join Warrington Liveware!!!

It's slow, clunky and not easy to use. You also have to keep logging in all the time even when you have asked it to remember you. You also can't re-join using the app.

When making bookings app constantly sends you back to home page forcing you to renavigate to correct booking page. Both time-consuming and infuriating.
