The LivingConnected App includes LivingConnected Diabetes and LivingConnected Diabetes Rx, which is Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) intended to be used by healthcare providers (HCPs) and their patients – aged 18 years and older – who have type 1 or type 2 diabetes. LivingConnected Diabetes and LivingConnected Diabetes Rx is intended to assist patients in managing their diabetes with guidance from their providers. LivingConnected Diabetes Rx requires a prescription. LivingConnected Diabetes and LivingConnected Diabetes Rx should not be used by patients with gestational diabetes or patients using an insulin pump. It's a good app when it works, but it breaks a lot! Often it chokes up and won't open... then it won't even let me try to log in and after trying to uninstall & reinstall it is blocking my access... AND their phone is only staffed during weekdays, office hours, eastern time which is usually useless to me. It’s far too complex to set up and support is unavailable! What kind of medical app prevents patients using it? What kind of support for a medical app is so useless? I GIVE UP!
