I can't even sign up. I log in with my ProXtra and click yes for the background check, and nothing happens. Very frustrating.

Statuses are very limiting. For example, there is no "No response from customer" status for leads. Also, the app does not use the mobile devices default messaging application for communications with leads when they request text messaging as their preferred method. All status updates result in closing the "lead" instead of generating some kind of followup action - like recontacting the customer through the app. A good start but it needs much more work and careful reflection on the purpose
