The customer was very nice and easy to work with. We did the job on time and everyone was happy.

Our team at Mr. Handyman of SW Edmonton has been servicing Local Pro customers with small to medium-sized handyman projects, such as drywall, door installations, fence work, etc. The system is quite efficient, and Local Pro works hard to ensure that their customers are matched with experts based on the job. If you have a project but just not sure how to get it done, Local Pro is there to help!

I can't even sign up. I log in with my ProXtra and click yes for the background check, and nothing happens. Very frustrating.

Statuses are very limiting. For example, there is no "No response from customer" status for leads. Also, the app does not use the mobile devices default messaging application for communications with leads when they request text messaging as their preferred method. All status updates result in closing the "lead" instead of generating some kind of followup action - like recontacting the customer through the app. A good start but it needs much more work and careful reflection on the purpose
