Lock vue is hopeless. I can not access. Cut the lock off and get a key.

Is not easy to use there should be a dedicated offline key. App was easier in earlier iterations. Always trying to connect through mobile data when out of range. Seems like a beta app. Should automatically give offline access when no connection available.

My experience with this app and relevant hardware (namely padlocks) must be defined as horrible. The padlocks are prone to mechanical problems and moisture ingress. The software is overflown with glitches, needles identification features and overall cumbersome and highly unreliable. Both major faults listed above are complimented with disgusting customer service. Consider yourself lockout or locking in event of fire or other emergencies with high probability.
