Great insurance, OK app. The quote was fast and about half what I was previously paying. I messed up and somehow didn't add my wife. Emailed support and less than 2 hours they replied and added her to the policy. Adding her actually made the quote go down even more. App is easy to use for some things but the driving monitor sucks and leaves constant notifications, but easy enough to disable.

It works exactly the way it needs to. It's just a tiny bit buggy on older devices. I only had one issue that's not really related to the app. I had to reset my password and the process of doing so is you get sent an email, go to the third party site to do that, but it doesn't tell you what the requirements for the password are there. I only discovered that once I tried to make a new account. The requirements are a lower and uppercase letter, at least 8 letters, a number and a special character

The app can be slow, but otherwise everything works great for me. I am very glad I found Loop! They literally cut my bill in half, and I was in desperate need of that. Customer service has always been great when I needed them and I tell everyone I can about loop because nobody should have to pay more for car insurance just because of their credit score or other factors that should not matter. Thank you Loop!

The app is not accurate with billing. I paid the only amount the app would allow me to and apparently my bill was actually more. Because of this, my policy was cancelled without me even knowing because the app says I am still insured and next payment isn't for another few days. I've been driving around for 3 weeks with no insurance! And yet the app to this day says insured. Bye Loop!
