This is my first time using the mobile app. So far, it has been very easy and quick to use. They could improve the process in the app by following up with an EMAIL that says "we have received your claim and are processing...". That way Clients know that the claim is successfully into the system. Telling me this within the app itself is no PROOF of my submittal because I get no claim number, or anything else that shows I put the claim in.

I filed my 1st claim for lab tests to ensure my cat is officially recovered from a previous illness. In what is accepted portion it says laboratory work then it also states the same thing in what isn't covered. When I adopted my cat I was a bit rushed in getting insured or not. I checked what's covered & opted to get it. My claim result was laboratory work falls under preventative care.
