When I log In on app it asks if I want to add a photo of my dog. However, the only option that works it take photo. The option to select a photo does not work at all.

KANGAROO INSURANCE DOESN'T WANT TO PAY FOR ANY OF MY CLAIMS FOR MY CAT GRINGO. YOU SPEAK TO THEM AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE AN EXCUSE NOT TO PAY. I HAVE A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS KANGAROO INSURANCE.

This plan was required when I bought my puppy earlier this year. I have had other pet insurance for years and will keep it. This one feels like a scam. I pay them, but they're utterly unreachable when I need help. The site is glitchy. And it seems like cancelling or not renewing is going to be a problem.

Horible company. I bought a policy when I got two new puppies. Three days later I brought both new puppies to the vet for a wellness check which everyone who gets a new dog should. One of the puppies ended up having some yeast in theor ear so the vet cleaned it out. The bill for both was $628. They only reimbursed me $125 saying that one dog was there for an illness which he was not. This company is a rip off. 5 days earlier they had just taken a $102 payment.bthey gave me back $31 prorated.
