Fetch app works great. Super easy to upload invoices/visit summaries to make insurance claims. Fetch pet insurance covered my dogs emergency surgery for a foreign body ingestion at 80% because we had already met his medical deductible for the year. That was a life-saving operation for my Labrador Retriever about 6 months old at the time. Extremely grateful I started the insurance on him the day we adopted him. One of the better coverage options out there AND less expensive. Very worth it.

Terrible but not surprising experience. First claim for my 18-month-old dog was declined. We told the vet something that they put in their notes. When Fetch saw that they deemed he had a pre-existing condition.

Fetch seemed great during my puppy's first year because there were a lot of vaccines, and she got spayed, but in the 2nd & 3rd year, we're getting nothing out of it. We got her vaccines a week earlier than the first year, so they wouldn't cover any of it. For all other vet bills, they've barely covered anything (maybe 1/8 or $25 for $200) and this is only because I have the extra Wellness plan. I'd like to cancel, but that's not a feature on the app, so I have to call during opening hours.

Rejected my login. I went to change my password, used the one I had stored, "you've used this password before." New password accepted, still rejecting the login. Login with new password on the website, works. Login screen straight up doesn't work, so I can only assume the rest of the app is also broken.

My friend has fetch pet insurance they don't cover wellness visits she spent 300 dollars and only received 80 dollars back, and then she took her other cat to an emergency vet, and they denied her claim because he hadn't been seen by a vet 12 months prior absolute garbage

I was with them for 4 years. I canceled my policy because they wanted another $25 a month for a policy I have no claims on. They made a mistake and took another month of payments. Want to know how they correct it? By telling you it can take up to 30 days to conclude their "investigation". Be warned.
