Terrible but not surprising experience. First claim for my 18-month-old dog was declined. We told the vet something that they put in their notes. When Fetch saw that they deemed he had a pre-existing condition.

Parts of the app are ok, but you'll find the slow/buggy parts pretty quick. More importantly, be aware that Fetch subtracts the copay before applying out-of-pocket costs to the deductible. Meaning if you have a $500 deductible and a 20% copay you will have to pay $600 out of pocket before benefits kick in. Confusing, right? Kinda sounds like a $600 deductible. Definitely makes me wonder what else I missed in the fine print.

I was with them for 4 years. I canceled my policy because they wanted another $25 a month for a policy I have no claims on. They made a mistake and took another month of payments. Want to know how they correct it? By telling you it can take up to 30 days to conclude their "investigation". Be warned.
