The "sync" button is not working. If I begin an inspection on one device, it does not let me continue the inspection from another. That is a big drawback as some inspections take hours to complete, and it would be nice to be able to switch between devices when one battery dies. I sent an email regarding the sync button issue and never received a response beyond an automated email saying they received my inquiry.
