When I open the app, it looks like it's working, and then I get a white screen that I can't get past. I reinstalled it, but it's doing the same thing. I installed it on a different device, but it's the same thing. It used to work very well. Update: Within a weeks time, from when I first noticed a problem to now, they fixed the problems they were having, and everything is working the way it should again! Great app. 👍

This app works, but it's very poorly designed especially from a navigation perspective. Using the back gesture exits the app instead of returning to the previous screen. There's also a back arrow in the upper left in some screens that does nothing. So it's functional, but a poor user experience.

I was pretty happy with the zap. Until today. This is the day when I discover that this app can lose all of my access codes. They still work, by the way. I just have no idea what codes are loaded, and cannot manage them. That is terrible.

AVOID!!! App crashes when attempting to connecting to Bluetooth. Tried on multiple devices, including an iPhone. Something is clearly wrong here. Can't set my box up. Total waste of money!!

don't waste time with loxx boxx. Got mine set up and didn't set up right in app. Factory reset like told to do and box won't reset now can't get to work at all. Customer service just keeps telling me to reset it. I've tried over 50 times still won't work. Now not returning calls so have a box that cant use.
